LYCS建筑事務(wù)所設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)綜合體項(xiàng)目，名為三松璞玉大廈，建筑位于福州高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)區(qū)濱江帶的核心位置，使用者在建筑中可欣賞到烏龍江美景。該項(xiàng)目配備有辦公與商業(yè)等綜合商務(wù)配套設(shè)施，設(shè)計(jì)有簡(jiǎn)約而不簡(jiǎn)單的建筑造型，呈現(xiàn)出動(dòng)靜相宜、內(nèi)外相融的獨(dú)特魅力。

LYCS建筑事務(wù)所考慮到該場(chǎng)地內(nèi)的建筑有限高80m、限寬65m的建造規(guī)定，便將約50000m2的建筑體量拆分并重塑為兩棟分離的高層塔樓及環(huán)狀連接的底部裙房。塔樓平面被設(shè)計(jì)成鈍角的L形，可以最大程度擴(kuò)展觀景視野，將美景自然引入建筑之中。山墻面扭轉(zhuǎn)后的兩棟塔樓在場(chǎng)地南北兩側(cè)錯(cuò)位排布，避免視野中互相遮擋的問題。塔樓中部還預(yù)留出通透的景觀視廊，面朝烏龍江形成建筑與自然之間的對(duì)話。

Sansong Puyu Building, completed by LYCS Architecture, is located in the core of Fuzhou Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone’s riverside belt, enjoying scenic views of the Wulong River in China. The project provides a comprehensive business package of office and commercial facilities, harmonizing between movement and stillness and integrating interior and exterior with its simple yet sculptural architectural design.
Considering regulations that limit height to 80 meters and width to 65 meters, LYCS Architecture’s design splits and reshapes the nearly 50,000 square meters of building volume into two separate high-rise towers and a circularly connected podium at the base. The obtuse L-shaped structures maximize scenic views, seamlessly incorporating the natural context into the architecture. The two twisted gable towers are staggered on the north and south sides of the site to avoid obstructing each other’s views, framing a transparent landscape corridor in the middle, facing the river.

LYCS建筑師事務(wù)所對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)靈感來源于烏龍江水的動(dòng)態(tài)美感，既簡(jiǎn)約又極具張力。設(shè)計(jì)師提取出江面波動(dòng)的水紋線條，并將其轉(zhuǎn)譯為線性語言包裹在三松璞玉大廈的建筑表皮上，使其在城市與江景之間形成自然過渡。設(shè)計(jì)師采用白色鋁板勾勒出建筑的倒角，較為柔和，使其在紛雜的城市背景下有著雕塑般干凈、利落的剪影。山墻面縱向延伸的線條能夠?qū)⑷藗兊囊暰€引至高空，進(jìn)而強(qiáng)化建筑的挺拔度，還可以有效地遮蔽通風(fēng)管道、排煙管道以及設(shè)備機(jī)房等，這種設(shè)計(jì)方法將建筑的實(shí)用性與美學(xué)性完美地融為一體。

建筑師在設(shè)計(jì)三松璞玉大廈時(shí)，較為注重建筑轉(zhuǎn)角的尺度統(tǒng)一化。這種設(shè)計(jì)模式有助于鋁板部件標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)，施工效率高，還可保證建筑的經(jīng)濟(jì)性和環(huán)保性。

LYCS Architecture’s design, inspired by the dynamism of the Wulong River, imparts a simple, clear, yet distinct image. The rippling water patterns on the river’s surface are extracted and translated into linear elements that wrap around the Sansong Puyu Building, creating a natural transition between the urban environment and the river scenery. The soft building chamfers are outlined by white aluminum panels, leaving a sharp sculptural silhouette against the complex urban backdrop, while the vertically extended lines on the gable walls draw the eye upward, enhancing the building’s scale and elegant visual effect. At the same time, these lines effectively conceal ventilation ducts, smoke exhaust pipes, and equipment rooms, seamlessly integrating functionality with aesthetics.
While shaping the Sansong Puyu Building, the Chinese practice paid particular attention to unifying the dimensions of the tower corners. This approach facilitates the standardized production of aluminum components, ensuring an efficient construction process and enhancing the building’s economic and environmental sustainability.

該項(xiàng)目裙房的三層是一個(gè)多功能開放空間，設(shè)計(jì)有接待、辦公、商業(yè)和展覽空間。裙房的一層設(shè)計(jì)有主入口停留空間、車行入口和人行連廊空間。裙房的環(huán)形形態(tài)自然地在場(chǎng)地內(nèi)形成了內(nèi)庭院，且與江邊綠地有效的連接在一起。庭院景觀和人行通廊的設(shè)計(jì)增強(qiáng)了建筑的連通性和社區(qū)感，為游客提供了休閑娛樂的場(chǎng)所。

福州高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)區(qū)是中國(guó)首批國(guó)家級(jí)高新區(qū)之一。從1991年開始發(fā)展到現(xiàn)在，已有7000多家企業(yè)聚集在此，高科技領(lǐng)域涉及有人工智能、生物醫(yī)學(xué)技術(shù)、電子信息等。LYCS建筑事務(wù)所對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)難點(diǎn)在于，如何在不破壞城市濱江景觀風(fēng)貌的前提下，從沿江建筑群中脫穎而出。

This continuous structure creates a multifunctional open space on the third floor, suitable for reception, office, commercial, and exhibition purposes. Additionally, it forms the main entrance space, vehicular entrance, and pedestrian corridor on the ground floor. The circular design also creates a tranquil, inward-facing courtyard for the park, seamlessly integrating with the riverside green space. Enhancing the building’s connectivity and a broader sense of community, the courtyard landscape and walkways provide an ideal place for relaxation and interaction for its users.
Fuzhou High-Tech Industrial Development Zone is one of the first national-level high-tech zones in China. Since its development in 1991, it has attracted over 7,000 enterprises spanning multiple high-tech fields such as artificial intelligence, biomedical technology, and electronic information. The core design challenge for LYCS Architecture was to stand out among these buildings without disrupting the scenic urban riverscape.
