01. 項目背景

1958年，松江化肥廠在上海南部誕生。它是新中國成立初期的重要工業(yè)樣本，承載著“以化肥促農(nóng)業(yè)、以工業(yè)興地方”的歷史使命。紅磚、鋼架與煙囪構(gòu)成了那個年代的工業(yè)風(fēng)景，也成為一代人“建設(shè)理想”的具象印記。

Established in 1958 in southern Shanghai, the Songjiang Fertilizer Plant was a key local industry supporting early national modernization. Its red-brick buildings, steel silos, and towering chimneys stood as icons of industrial progress and collective memory from a defining era.

伴隨城市擴張與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整，廠區(qū)逐漸退出生產(chǎn)序列，閑置多年。但在城市的肌理中，它的存在始終無法被抹去——那些墻體的裂痕、鋼梁的銹跡、陽光灑落的塵埃，都記錄著松江工業(yè)文明的起點。

As the city expanded and industries evolved, the factory gradually fell silent. Yet its presence endures in the urban fabric—cracks in the walls, rust on the steel, and sunlight filtering through dust still whisper the origins of Songjiang’s industrial legacy.

為有效盤活存量資產(chǎn)、延續(xù)場所記憶，2018年由上海華誼集團(tuán)啟動改造計劃，對該廠區(qū)實施更新改造，通過空間更新與文化再造，化肥廠從“生產(chǎn)的機器”轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐赃\動露營為主，萌寵集市、文創(chuàng)餐飲配套，并結(jié)合品牌藝術(shù)策展的時尚運動公園，使原本封閉的工業(yè)廠區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榭陕健⒖赏Ａ簟⒖蓞⑴c的城市公共空間。

To revitalize the underused site and preserve its memory, Shanghai Huayi Group launched a renewal plan in 2018 for the former Songjiang Fertilizer Plant. Through spatial and cultural transformation, the factory evolved from a "production machine" into a lifestyle-driven urban park—centered on sports and camping, complemented by pet markets, creative retail, and curated brand events—opening the once-enclosed industrial grounds to public life and interaction.

02. 設(shè)計理念｜Field Office Park（FOP）

基于“FOP（Field Office Park）”的理念為核心設(shè)計邏輯，探索區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)城市高密度辦公的生態(tài)化創(chuàng)新空間模式。以自然為基底、以開放為邊界，讓人、建筑與環(huán)境相互滲透、共生共長。通過玻璃幕墻、金屬立面與生態(tài)綠化系統(tǒng)，形成“新舊共生”的建筑表情。設(shè)計不追求抹去歷史，而是以并置共存的方式重塑場所精神，讓時間的痕跡成為新的審美語言。

The design is rooted in the “FOP (Field Office Park)” concept, offering an ecological alternative to traditional high-density urban offices. Nature forms the foundation, openness defines the boundary—creating a symbiotic relationship between people, buildings, and the environment. Glass façades, metal cladding, and vertical greenery work together to express a dialogue between old and new. History is not erased but embedded—becoming an integral part of contemporary experience.

03. 空間策略｜新舊融合重塑場所

整體規(guī)劃充分尊重原有建筑格局，采取“原址加固改造 + 局部新建置換”的策略，實現(xiàn)歷史文脈與當(dāng)代功能的平衡。場地北側(cè)以保留為主，大部分建筑通過結(jié)構(gòu)加固與局部修繕的方式得以延續(xù)，保持原有的尺度與肌理，最大限度地保留了工業(yè)遺存的真實性與場所記憶；場地南側(cè)則針對危房及存在消防隱患的建筑進(jìn)行拆除重建，采用新建體量與舊廠房形成對話關(guān)系，在材質(zhì)、尺度與空間節(jié)奏上呼應(yīng)歷史建筑。

The overall planning respects the site's original layout and adopts a strategy of structural reinforcement combined with selective reconstruction to achieve a balance between historical continuity and contemporary functionality. On the north side, most of the original buildings are retained, with their scale and texture preserved through structural reinforcement and restoration, ensuring the authenticity and memory of the industrial legacy is maintained to the greatest extent. On the south side, dilapidated structures are removed and replaced with new volumes that engage in a dialogue with the old factory buildings. The new architecture echoes the historical context through its materiality, scale, and rhythm, breathing new life into the site.

#44/51：作為多功能藝術(shù)和文化空間，延續(xù)廠房原拱形結(jié)構(gòu)，與廣場空間形成連續(xù)界面，實現(xiàn)建筑與公共活動場所的自然銜接。

As a multifunctional art and cultural venue, the design retains the original arched structure of the factory, creating a continuous interface with the plaza and enabling a seamless connection between architecture and public space.

#61/65：建筑在保持原有體量與結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上，植入當(dāng)代功能與界面語言。折型穿孔鋁板包裹立面，通過材質(zhì)肌理差異區(qū)分功能屬性，輕量化金屬系統(tǒng)完成低能耗更新。

The renovation retains the original structure while integrating modern functions. A lightweight perforated aluminum façade adds texture and reduces energy use.

#40/41/42/43：延續(xù)#61/65的表皮設(shè)計邏輯，陽光在鋁板與舊磚墻之間流動，形成半通透的視覺效果。黑色弧形樓梯成為視覺焦點，展現(xiàn)工業(yè)與藝術(shù)并存的張力。

Building on the architectural language of # 61/65, sunlight filters between perforated aluminum panels and preserved brick walls, producing a layered, semi-transparent façade. At the core, a sculptural black spiral staircase anchors the space—fusing industrial grit with artistic finesse.

#23廠房：增加拱形元素強化廠房原拱形結(jié)構(gòu)，豎向落地窗，自然光透入室內(nèi)，形成韻律豐富的光影序列。

Arched elements echo the original factory structure, while full-height vertical windows bring in natural light, creating a rhythmic interplay of light and shadow.

#21/22/26：保留原建筑高低錯落的體量關(guān)系，室外樓梯與鋼架景觀廊架，使垂直交通與公共活動空間自然銜接。

Preserving the original variation in building heights, the design integrates outdoor stairs and steel landscape frames to seamlessly link vertical circulation with public life.

#36/37廠房：原廠房層高較高，空間潛力充分。改造中通過插層設(shè)計重新組織內(nèi)部功能，形成多層次的使用空間，既提升了建筑的利用效率，又保留了原有結(jié)構(gòu)的尺度感與工業(yè)氣質(zhì)。外立面通過擴大開窗比例增強自然采光與通風(fēng)性能，使室內(nèi)外景觀形成更強的視覺聯(lián)系，營造出開放、通透的空間體驗。

With generous floor-to-ceiling heights, the original factory offered great spatial potential. The renovation introduced mezzanine levels to reorganize interior functions, creating a more layered spatial experience. This improved space efficiency while preserving the original industrial scale and character. Enlarged windows enhance daylight and natural ventilation, strengthening the visual connection between indoors and outdoors and fostering a more open, breathable atmosphere.

# 17/18/19：保留該區(qū)域場地內(nèi)原有喬木與構(gòu)筑物，使自然與建筑相互滲透。通過光影、材質(zhì)與結(jié)構(gòu)的對話，塑造出既承載歷史記憶又具當(dāng)代氣質(zhì)的空間氛圍。園區(qū)在延續(xù)工業(yè)精神的基礎(chǔ)上，實現(xiàn)了理性秩序與自然生長的和諧共生。

Existing trees and structures on site were preserved, allowing nature to intertwine with architecture. Through the interplay of light, material, and structure, the space evokes both historical memory and contemporary character. The campus reflects a harmonious coexistence of industrial order and organic growth.

退臺辦公（新建）：通過退臺設(shè)計形成多個空中露臺，打破傳統(tǒng)辦公空間的封閉性。退臺間的綠化與垂直交通系統(tǒng)相互交織，構(gòu)成立體化社交空間，促進(jìn)非正式交流的發(fā)生。

Terraced Office (New Build): A series of cascading terraces breaks the enclosure of traditional office typologies. Lush greenery intertwines with the vertical circulation to create multi-level social spaces that encourage informal interaction and connection.

在改造過程中，場地內(nèi)原有的兩處工業(yè)遺存，它們曾以獨特的結(jié)構(gòu)和材質(zhì)，見證了化肥廠的歷史。在設(shè)計階段進(jìn)行保留，作為工業(yè)記憶的重要象征，也為場地增添了鮮明的時代印記。然而在后續(xù)施工與安全評估階段，由于結(jié)構(gòu)老化及安全隱患，這兩處遺存最終被遺憾拆除。

During the renovation process, two industrial relics on site—once bearing witness to the fertilizer plant’s production era with their distinctive structures and materials—were initially planned for preservation. They were seen as powerful symbols of industrial memory, intended to leave a lasting historical imprint on the site. However, following safety evaluations during construction, both structures were regrettably removed due to severe aging and structural concerns.

04. 結(jié)語

我們不僅在進(jìn)行改造，更是在通過新與舊的融合，塑造一個讓歷史與當(dāng)代并行生長的場域。從而讓時間的層次成為空間體驗的重要組成部分，也賦予場地持續(xù)生長的生命力。三里倉1958在延續(xù)工業(yè)記憶的基礎(chǔ)上，實現(xiàn)從封閉廠區(qū)到城市公共空間的轉(zhuǎn)變。以可持續(xù)化化設(shè)計回應(yīng)時代需求，以多元業(yè)態(tài)激發(fā)城市活力，讓工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)在新的城市語境中，繼續(xù)成為時代的能量之源。

This transformation is not merely a renovation, but a dialogue between the past and the present—where the old and new coexist to create a space that grows with time. History is preserved, not erased, becoming part of the contemporary experience. Sanli Cang 1958 marks the shift from a closed industrial site to an open urban park. By integrating sustainable design and perse programming, the project breathes new life into industrial heritage, turning it into a vibrant destination for public life and cultural engagement.
